Terms of Service — Doit eSIM

Welcome to Doit eSIM. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://doitesim.com and any purchases of eSIM plans or related services made through our site (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Scope of Service

  1. We list and sell eSIM plans on our Site. After purchase you will receive the plan’s activation information (for example a QR code or activation instructions) by email and/or in your account.
  2. Delivery method and exact activation process depend on the purchased plan. We will provide the required activation details and reasonable instructions.
  3. The availability, network performance, coverage, and technical operation of an eSIM plan are determined by the underlying mobile network operators and providers supplying the plan—not by Doit eSIM. We do not guarantee network performance, speeds, or uninterrupted service.

3. Orders, Prices & Payment

  1. All prices shown on the Site are in the currency indicated on the Site and are payable at checkout. Final payment amount is determined at the time of payment.
  2. Prices may include applicable taxes where indicated; any local taxes or import fees remain the responsibility of the Customer.
  3. Payment is processed through our chosen payment processors (e.g., card processors, PayPal). By placing an order you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method.
  4. We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors on the Site. If an error affects a confirmed order we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery, Activation & Use

  1. Delivery of the purchased plan (including QR code or activation instructions) will typically be made to the email address you provide at purchase, and may also be available in your account on the Site. Delivery times vary by plan.
  2. It is your responsibility to follow activation instructions carefully and to use a compatible device. Compatibility lists on the Site are guidance only — you must ensure your device supports eSIM and the plan you purchase.
  3. If you are unable to activate a plan, contact our support team at support@doitesim.com. We will provide reasonable assistance but cannot guarantee activation if the device or local carrier does not support the plan.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Before delivery: You may cancel an order before the activation details (QR code or code) have been issued and receive a full refund, subject to payment processor timings.
  2. After delivery / after activation instructions issued: Because eSIM plans are consumable digital products and activation data can be used immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once activation data has been delivered.
  3. Exceptions may be made where required by applicable consumer protection laws (for example, in certain jurisdictions you may have a right to withdraw). Requests for refunds or disputes will be evaluated case-by-case.
  4. To request cancellation or raise a dispute, contact support@doitesim.com with your order details as soon as possible.

6. Device Compatibility & Disclaimer

  1. eSIM functionality depends on device model, firmware version, local carrier policies, and regional restrictions. Not all devices or carriers support all eSIM plans.
  2. We provide compatibility information where available, but it is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase. We are not liable for inability to activate or use a plan due to device or carrier limitations.
  3. We do not guarantee compatibility for all models or all firmware versions.

7. Account & Security

  1. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  2. Notify us immediately at support@doitesim.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and other intellectual property on the Site are property of Doit eSIM or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doit eSIM’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service (whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise) is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
  2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for other liabilities which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Doit eSIM, our officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability, expense or demand (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Our Privacy Policy is available at: https://doitesim.com/privacy (or the page URL you will publish).

12. Changes to the Service & These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt (replace with your preferred jurisdiction if different). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt (or the courts of your selected jurisdiction).

If you prefer arbitration or another venue, tell me and I’ll adjust this clause.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other lawful reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, governmental acts, provider failures).
